1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Tiffin Verse platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all other applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Tiffin Verse is a meal delivery subscription platform that connects users with tiffin providers. We offer three types of meal plans: One Day, Weekly, and Monthly. Each plan includes customizable meal options such as Breakfast (B), Lunch (L), Dinner (D), and combinations like B+L, B+D, L+D, or B+L+D.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without notice. All plans are prepaid and must be paid in advance through our accepted payment methods — either online (UPI, net banking, cards, etc.) or Cash on Delivery (COD).

Your subscription will only be activated after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services for unpaid or partially paid subscriptions.

5. Subscription Model

Tiffin Verse operates on a prepaid subscription model. Users can select from One Day, Weekly, or Monthly plans. Each subscription includes various meal options (B, L, D, or combinations). Services are rendered as per the selected plan duration and meals.

6. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account.

7. Provider Listings

Multiple providers are listed on our platform. Users are advised to review provider details and meal options before selecting a plan. Tiffin Verse is not liable for inaccuracies in provider listings.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after such changes implies acceptance of the new terms.


Privacy Policy

1. Information Collection

We collect basic personal and usage data, such as name, contact details, address, meal preferences, payment details, and usage history. This data is collected via our website, WhatsApp communication, and other interaction points.

2. Use of Information

We use your information for service delivery, communication, account management, and improving our offerings. Your data may also be used for promotional campaigns only with your consent.

3. Data Security

We implement strong security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except service partners (like delivery personnel and providers) involved in fulfilling your order.

5. WhatsApp Communication

By signing up, you agree to receive transactional and promotional messages from us via WhatsApp. You can opt out anytime by replying “STOP”.

6. Data Retention

We retain user data for as long as necessary to fulfill the services or as required by law.


Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Advance Payment

All subscription plans must be paid in advance. Once payment is confirmed, the plan will be activated and services will be scheduled accordingly.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Users may cancel their subscription before the first meal delivery of the active plan.
  • Cancellations after plan start may be considered partially refundable based on meals served and at the discretion of Tiffin Verse.
  • Cancellations must be requested via WhatsApp or email at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • No refunds are provided for One Day plans or meals already delivered.
  • Cash on Delivery users are not eligible for refunds once the subscription has begun.

4. Missed Delivery

If a meal is not delivered due to our fault (excluding customer unavailability or force majeure), the customer may request rescheduling or compensation.

5. Weekly & Monthly Plan Cancellation:

For weekly or monthly subscription plans, if a customer cancels the plan before completion, 80% of the remaining unused amount will be refunded. The refund will be calculated after deducting the cost of meals already delivered and any applicable service or operational charges.

6. Contact

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver meals through verified delivery partners or provider staff. Delivery times are set by the provider, generally between:

  • Breakfast: 7:00 AM – 9:30 AM
  • Lunch: 11:30 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Dinner: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM

Users must ensure availability at the delivery location. Any failure to receive meals due to customer unavailability will not be considered for refund.


Provider Terms & Responsibilities

Tiffin Providers are expected to maintain food hygiene, deliver timely, and accurately list their meal plans and pricing. By registering on our platform, providers agree to:

  • Follow all applicable food safety standards and maintain hygienic preparation practices.
  • Ensure timely availability and delivery of meals as listed.
  • Keep pricing and menu details accurate and up-to-date.
  • Honor customer subscriptions without arbitrary cancellations.
  • Coordinate with Tiffin Verse team for service-related concerns or escalations.

Tiffin Verse reserves the right to delist or suspend providers who do not comply with platform policies or customer expectations.


Delivery Partner Code of Conduct

Delivery partners play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction. All delivery staff working directly or indirectly with Tiffin Verse must:

  • Maintain punctuality and follow assigned delivery routes.
  • Behave respectfully with customers and providers.
  • Ensure the safety and integrity of food during transport.
  • Report any delivery challenges or disputes to the Tiffin Verse support team promptly.

Violation of these codes may result in warnings, suspension, or removal from the delivery system.
