You agree to keep your profile details accurate and up to date, including delivery address, contact number,
and meal preferences.
You may update your information anytime via the app/website or by contacting support.
4. Service Use
You agree to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Misuse, fraudulent activity, or abusive behavior may lead to account suspension or permanent termination.
5. Privacy Policy
All user data is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
We only collect necessary data to ensure smooth delivery, communication, and service personalization.
We do not share, sell, or misuse your data.
6. Order & Payment Terms
By placing an order, you agree to the pricing and meal plan details as shown at checkout.
Payments must be made via the approved methods (UPI, cards, wallets, COD, etc.).
In case of any issues (e.g., delivery delay or quality concerns), users must report within 12 hours.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
One-day meals: One-day meal orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once placed.
Weekly/Monthly plans: Refunds subject to terms in our Refund Policy.
No-shows or late cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.
8. Platform Rights
Tiffin Verse reserves the right to:
Modify or discontinue services temporarily or permanently.
Refuse service to any user violating the terms.
Make changes to these Terms & Conditions at any time (you will be notified).
9. Limitation of Liability
Tiffin Verse is not liable for:
Any personal loss, allergy, or health concern unless gross negligence is proven.
Delays due to uncontrollable factors (weather, traffic, strikes, etc.)
